{Political_Views} Study finds coal plant ash in state is polluting water

This is the plant in (the darling of the coal industry, the Koch brothers and the Republicon Party) Paul Ryan's district that had the coal ash collapse into Lake Michigan yesterday:  Who says you can't buy a Republicon member of the House's vote.  It all depends on how much money you have.
