Gingrich (in 2007): Congress Must Impose an Individual Mandate

Apparently he was all for it before he was all against it - that is he was for it when it was his idea (a republicon idea) but now that a Democratic President is for it -  well it must be a bad idea.  Same goes for Mittens Romney.
